The New Jersey Nets are looking for someone to replace new Magic coach Brian Hill as Lawerence Frank's lead assistant and have received permission to speak with longtime Jazz assistant Gordon Chiesa.

"He's going back there and will listen to what they have to say," Jazz vice president of basketball operations Kevin O'Connor said Wednesday.

Chiesa has been on head coach Jerry Sloan's staff for 16 years and is currently the number two assistant on his staff.

Chiesa is also a New Jersey which could make the job even more appealing to him if it is offered.
