Tyson Chandler went out with about nine minutes left in the fourth quarter Wednesday with what team officials called a sprained left knee.

It seemed he was cursed after playing one of his best quarters of the season when he had four rebounds, three blocks and two steals in the third as the Bulls took control of the game, outscoring the Raptors 25-12 and holding them to 27.8 percent shooting.

But Chandler, who said he's feeling better with his shortness of breath diagnosed as an asthma-like condition, said he will be ready for the Pistons on Friday.

"I was going for a block," Chandler said. "I didn't see Darius [Songaila] underneath me and came down funny. I banged it and it kind of twisted. I'm fine. I'm starting to feel like my old self. The medication they gave me is really helping me out. I'm starting to feel more lively. ? I'm happy, excited."
