After it was widely assumed that sharpshooter Peja Stojakovic was going to remain in Indiana, he agreed to terms on a $64 million contract with the New Orleans Hornets.

Peja, who opted out of the final year of his contract, had always hinted at his interests in still coming back to the Pacers. Many NBA insiders even felt that most teams considered him 'off the market' until Saturday's deal.

The deal makes New Orleans a strong playoff contender, while it leaves some holes in Indiana's ever-changing offense.
