The Warriors plan to meet with the agent of Monta Ellis to discuss possible disciplinary action because of the guard's moped-related ankle injury.

"We'll meet with his agent next week. At that point we'll have a discussion with him and then we'll let him know what we're looking at doing," Warriors' President Robert Rowell said Wednesday. "We're without Monta for a while. We've just got to weather that storm."

Ellis will miss several weeks of the regular season after hurting himself in his native Mississippi. He signed a new six-year, $66 million contract in July, shortly before the incident.
