In the midst of a slump and facing a hefty luxury-tax bill, sources told Yahoo! Sports that the Jazz are open to trading anyone but point guard Deron Williams.

Utah has a payroll exceeding $77 million with five players making at least $9 million this season.

The problem is they want to shed some salary while also remaining competitive and in the playoff race.

Carlos Boozer, who is making $12.6 million, has attracted interest but a source said that Utah has yet to enter serious talks about the All-Star forward.

Rival executives believe that the Jazz are asking for too much in return for Boozer.
