Terrence Samuel has committed to Connecticut.

Samuel is a 6-foot-3 combo guard from Brooklyn.

"UConn was my dream school even before I went to high school," Samuel told the New York Post. "I loved everything about them."

Samuel ranks just outside the top 10 point guards in his class.
