LeBron James has largely been considered a small forward, but a positional category has probably never applied to him due to his versatility.

"I don't have a position," James quickly said when Northeast Ohio Media Group tried asking if he had a natural position. "I'm just a ball player. Put me out on the floor and I'll make something happen."

James is capable of dominating so many facets of the game.

"I have no idea," James said of how he does it. "I have a gift and I try to use it as much as I can to my advantage and I work on it. I work on my game. You guys see me every day. I stay after practice. I've always tried to be a triple-threat being able to score, pass, and rebound. Whatever the case may be to help my team win."

James cites Jason Kidd as a big influence on his career.

"He was complete team basketball player," said James. "He was always about the team and never about I with him. Growing up watching him and then being a teammate with him on the '08 Olympic team, it showed why he was one of the greatest point guards, one of the best leaders to ever play this game. It was great to be along side him."
