Isaiah Thomas has agreed to sign a 10-day contract with the Charlotte Hornets. 

Thomas had 10-day contracts this season with the Dallas Mavericks and Los Angeles Lakers.

Thomas was most recently playing for the Grand Rapids Gold of the G League.
