The Philadelphia 76ers are not expected to target Fred VanVleet in free agency if James Harden decides to sign elsewhere, sources tell Jake Fischer of Yahoo Sports.

VanVleet has an obvious connection to the Sixers with Nick Nurse becoming head coach.

VanVleet has been linked with the Orlando Magic, Houston Rockets, Los Angeles Lakers, Phoenix Suns, amongst other teams, while he could still re-sign with the Toronto Raptors.
