The Golden State Warriors have waived wing Javonte Green. Golden State had signed Green to a non-guaranteed camp contract earlier in the week to secure his G League rights.

Green is now likely to start the season with the Santa Cruz Warriors of the G League. Green spent the last two-plus seasons with the Chicago Bulls.
