Terry Rozier has been ruled out of the Miami Heat's play-in tournament game against the Philadelphia 76ers due to a neck injury.

Rozier has not played since April 7 due to the injury.

Duncan Robinson, who has been dealing with back issues, will be available to play on Wednesday.
