Nerlens Noel has dropped Florida and Providence from his list of schools.
Noel, a 6-foot-11 center, will choose between Kentucky, Georgetown, Syracuse, Connecticut and North Carolina.
He plans to make his decision in April.

Shabazz Muhammad is expected to make an official visit to Duke this weekend.
Muhammad, a 6-foot-6 shooting guard from Las Vegas Bishop Gorman high school, has been heavily recruited by Duke coach Mike Krzyzewski.
Muhammad last week led Bishop Gorman to its third state championship in four years, scoring 30 of his 36 points in the first half as the Gaels rolled to a 96-51 win in the Class 4A boys state title game.
He is ranked No. 2 overall in the 2012 class.
Oak Hill Academy broke a school record for wins in a season with 41 after beating Shenandoah Valley Christian on Feb. 21.
“It feels amazing to be 42-0,” said Warriors’ point guard Tyler Lewis, a McDonald’s All-American who is committed to North Carolina State. “It feels great to break records especially at Oak Hill. We’ve made history and hopefully we can win another championship. We’ve worked so hard to get to this point. Now we’re hoping we can achieve our goal by getting a ring.”
Nerlens Noel has confirmed that he has not yet officially reclassified as a member of the class of 2012.
Noel is widely considered to be the top member of that class.
One school source did indicate that it was likely Noel would be allowed to officially reclassify into the Class of 2012, perhaps as soon as this week.
Demetris Morant is a UNLV commit, but is often overshadowed by his Bishop Gorman teammate Shabazz Muhammad.
But Morant had several highlight-worthy dunks in Bishop Gorman's 73-43 regional semifinal victory over Legacy on Thursday.
“I felt great,” Morant said. “Coming off of yesterday, I didn’t really play because I had a bad attitude. I didn’t deserve to play that much. Today, I got to show how I could impact a game.”
Morant had 11 points and 11 blocks.
“When he gets an early blocked shot or an early dunk, he gets some energy going,” Gorman coach Grant Rice said. “Once he’s really in the defensive mode and running the floor, he’s hard to beat.”
Nerlens Noel is expected to make an official visit to Kentucky this weekend.
Noel, a 6-foot-10 shot-blocking center, has also expressed interest in Syracuse, Florida, Georgetown, North Carolina, Providence and Connecticut.
He is ranked No. 1 overall in the 2012 class.
Shabazz Muhammad, a 6-foot-6 shooting guard from Las Vegas, will visit the University of Kansas the weekend of Feb. 25 on an official recruiting trip.
Muhammad is rated the top uncommitted wing player in the Class of 2012.
He is considering Duke, Kansas, UCLA, UNLV, Arizona and Kentucky and has said he expects to announce in April.
Nerlens Noel, Shabazz Muhammad, Isaiah Austin and Kyle Anderson have been named the four finalists for the Naismith Boys' High School Player of the Year award.
The winner will be recognized by the Atlanta Tipoff Club at its season-ending Naismith Awards Banquet March 22, at the Georgia International Convention Center in Atlanta.
“This was one of my goals,” Noel told ESPNHS' Jason Jordan. “It’s a great achievement to be recognized as a finalist. I thank God for this opportunity.”
Julius Randle's Prestonwood High defeated Bishop Dunne by a final score of 75-63 on Tuesday.
John Calipari was in attendance to watch Randle, one of the top juniors in the country.
Andrew Wiggins, a 6-foot-7, 200 pound small forward rated as the No. 1 prep prospect in the 2014 class, is considering Kentucky and Florida State.
Andrew is the son of Mitchel Wiggins, a former NBA player who played six seasons in the late 80s and early 90s, and Marita Payne, a former Olympic track athlete. Wiggins is currently attending Huntington Prep in Huntington, W.Va., playing for coach Rob Fulford.
“He would like to go to Florida State to follow his parents, but at the same time he knows it would be a lot of pressure to follow in his dad’s footsteps, so I think it just depends on what day of the week it is,” coach Fulford said.
As for Kentucky, Fulford said: “I think Kentucky’s obviously in it. They’re close to where we’re at. He went up to the North Carolina game. He went up to the Florida football game. He’s been there a couple times, and obviously Coach Cal was at a game a couple weeks ago.
“So I think right now Kentucky’s right now, as far as recruiting purposes, they’re probably a little bit more involved than anybody else.”
Of Kentucky, Wiggins said, “It’s an honor. That school’s a great school, great environment, great fans, players and coach.”
