Maurice Harkless will undergo an arthroscopy Wednesday in Portland to remove a loose body in his left knee.

A timeline for Harkless's return will be determined following Wednesday's procedure.

For the season, Harkless has averaged 6.5 points (49.5% FG, 41.5% 3-PT, 71.2% FT), 2.7 rebounds, 0.9 assists, 0.81 steals and 21.4 minutes in 59 games (36 starts).

The Portland Trail Blazers have signed center Georgios Papagiannis to a contract through the 2018-19 season.

Originally signed to a 10-day contract on March 8, Papagiannis holds career averages of 4.2 points (51.0% FG, 85.7% FT), 3.2 rebounds, 0.8 assists and 12.4 minutes in 38 games over two seasons with the Sacramento Kings.

Selected by Phoenix with the 13th overall pick in the first round of the 2016 NBA Draft out of Greece, Papagiannis, 20, was dealt to Sacramento in a draft day trade.

DeMar DeRozan and Damian Lillard have been named the NBA Players of the Week.

DeRozan averaged a team-high 24.8 points along with 4.3 assists and 4.5 rebounds as the Raptors won an NBA-best four games last week. He also shot .453 (34-for-75) from the field and .833 (25-for-30) at the free throw line.

Lillard was the leading scorer in the NBA for the week, averaging 34.7 points (46.9% FG, 56.3% 3-PT, 83.9% FT) to go with 3.7 rebounds and 5.0 assists. He also led the league in three-pointers made (18) and was second in free throws made (26).

The Portland Trail Blazers have agreed to sign Wade Baldwin to a contract for the remainder of the season.

Baldwin was waived by the Grizzlies before the start of the season despite being the 17th overall pick in 2017.

Baldwin initially joined the Blazers on a two-way contract in October.
